Welcome

Our Back on Track exercise programme offers safe, supportive exercise classes for people with a diagnosis of cancer, at any stage of their journey. Classes are led by a Level 4 qualified trainer in Cancer Prehabilitation and Rehabilitation.

Back On Track is a standing and seated full body exercise class to suit all abilities.  Gentle strength, balance and movement exercises to help you recover and gain confidence is a controlled, safe environment.  All exercises can be adapted to suit any level of fitness.

Whether you have been recently diagnosed, are currently having treatment, or have finished treatment, these classes are designed to help you stay active, build strength, and support your physical recovery in a way that feels manageable and appropriate for you.

The exercises are adapted to individual ability, and no previous fitness or exercise experience is needed.
